Common questions

I subscribed but Chatterdeck still says I need to subscribe.+
Subscriptions can take a few seconds to propagate from Fanvue. Refresh the page after a minute. If you’re an agency, only creators you’re assigned to manage who have an active Chatterdeck Pro or Chatterdeck Agency subscription will appear in your queue.
I’m an agency — do I need my own subscription?+
No. Agency teams get access automatically through the creators they manage. Each creator you manage who is subscribed to Chatterdeck Pro will appear in your queue. If any creator you manage is subscribed to Chatterdeck Agency, you’ll see chats for allof your managed creators — even ones who aren’t subscribed individually.
I’m logged in as the wrong profile.+
Switch to your Creator, Chatter, or Agency profile inside Fanvue, then log out of Chatterdeck and sign in again. Fan profiles can’t use Chatterdeck.
How do I cancel?+
Manage or cancel your subscription on the Fanvue App Store listing. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
