What exactly is Chatterdeck?+
Chatterdeck is a chat manager for Fanvue creators. Instead of working a chronological inbox, you work a queue that ranks fans by spend, urgency, and recent activity. It runs in any browser — desktop, tablet, or phone.
Do I need a Fanvue account?+
Yes. Chatterdeck is built on the official Fanvue API. You log in with your Fanvue credentials and subscribe through the Fanvue App Store. If you don't have a Fanvue account yet, you can sign up at fanvue.com.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Chatterdeck Free includes the full priority queue, live scoring, keyboard shortcuts, and the PPV composer, capped at 25 messages sent per day. No card details and no time limit — upgrade to Chatterdeck Pro whenever you need unlimited sending.
What's the difference between Chatterdeck Pro and Chatterdeck Agency?+
Chatterdeck Pro covers one creator account, so it's right for solo creators. Chatterdeck Agency covers every creator an agency manages on Fanvue under a single bill, and gives chatters one-keystroke switching between those accounts. Both share the same queue, shortcuts, PPV composer, and analytics.
Can chatters and agency managers use Chatterdeck?+
Yes. Once a creator subscribes to Chatterdeck Pro, the chatters and agency managers tied to that creator get access automatically when they log in with their own Fanvue profile. With Chatterdeck Agency, the agency only needs one plan and every managed creator's chats appear.
How does the priority score work?+
Each conversation gets a score from 0 to 100, recalculated as new events come in. It weighs top-spender status, recent tips and purchases, unread messages, time waiting, and the VIP flags you set per fan. Top spenders never sit at the bottom while you answer freebies.
How fast does the inbox update?+
Chatterdeck listens to Fanvue webhooks and keeps the queue synced automatically — new messages, tips, and purchases re-rank the deck as they happen, with a sync indicator so you always know how fresh the queue is. No manual refreshing on a busy night.
Can I send PPVs from Chatterdeck?+
Yes. The PPV composer searches your Fanvue vault, sets the price, writes the caption, and sends. Each send is tied to the fan so you don't accidentally re-send the same set.
Does Chatterdeck work on mobile?+
Yes. The interface is responsive and touch-friendly. Most of the keyboard shortcuts have a tap equivalent, so working from your phone on a break still feels fast.
How do I cancel?+
All billing happens through the Fanvue App Store. Cancel from the same screen where you subscribed and your access continues until the end of the period.
Is my data safe?+
Chatterdeck never sees your Fanvue password. We use OAuth, which means you grant scoped access from Fanvue and can revoke it any time. Chat content is only pulled to render your queue and isn't sold or shared.
